Any changes that increase the size of the group making the reservation, must be made known to the owner (s) as soon as possible in advance of the reserved date and time. This will assist us to provide your group with a more enjoyable experience.

All deposits are non-refundable. Weather is generally, not a factor. The only reason we will not allow your group to continue play will be for safety concerns, as in the case of a severe storm and/or lightning. 

All emergency medical permission (if under age 18 years old) and waivers forms must be fully completed and handed in before the players may begin play. No exceptions.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/MEDICAL                  (Fill out each time you play)

Reservations for a session are for the period of time stated. Late arrival by a group does not effect the contracted starting or conclusion times of the session. Arrival should be planned for at least one-half hour ahead of session starting time. Please allow for any setup or travel time your group may require and plan accordingly. The larger a group, the more time it may take to get organized.
