POLICY ON RESERVATIONS FOR GROUPS

To reserve equipment on a particular time and date the following conditions must all be met:

A deposit of $10 per for each player in a group must be paid to the owner (s) of Sure Shooting Paintball Park at least one week in advance of the date and time requested. This is non refundable, but applies to the field fee. You will receive a receipt of conformation, by mail, if time permits. The sooner you place a deposit for a specific date, the greater the chance you will be able to lock in the date you select. Please try to give a realistic number for the size for your group. The deposit should be equal to half the field admission fee for your group; however, if the group has grown larger than originally contracted, the remainder of the admission fee plus the admission for any additional members for the group is due on arrival.

A single group (21 or larger) of playing members, will receive a $2.00 price reduction towards the admission fee of each member of the group, during normal business hours. All Waiver of Liability forms must be filled out to play. Minimum number of players for a paintball session is 8 players.

Session times other than normal business hours are charged additional fees, (the $2 discount will not apply ). Generally, this will cost per player: Group of up to 11 players: $10.00 Group from 12 to 19: $7.50 Group from 20 and up: $5.00

Currently, we are only equipped to accommodate a single group of up to 45 full rentals (players with no equipment of their own), or multiple small groups. The admission price reduction is in effect for a mixed bag of full rentals and players with their own equipment.
